In other news, there’s not much news. I just finished reading the most awesome book ever: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. No, really. Someone took Pride and Prejudice and re-wrote it with zombies in it. It was freaking awesome–if you like historical fiction and zombie brain-eating action, this book is for you. I’ve moved on to another zombie book: The Zombie Survival Guide. It’s written with such detail on zombie biology (that’s as far as I’ve gotten in the book so far), that it’s actually convincing me that zombies are a real possibility. Not that I doubted it before. But after reading this book, I will be ready for the inevitable undead apocalypse.
Also have become a fan of this song by The Black Ghosts. I will not admit where I heard it first. Ok, fine, it was in the movie version of Twilight, stop judging me, you know you saw it, too. Ahem. If you ignore the fact that it was in a teen movie sensation, it’s a pretty song (although that video is a little weird). …You’re still judging me, aren’t you?
Anybody know of any good zombie books? Other good music that should have a happy home on my iPod?

World War Z – best zombie book ever.
already the movie rights have been picked up and they’re making a movie about it.
Actually, I guy that I just recently worked with (he got laid off) is an author on the side and he writes zombie short stories. He actually has a novella coming out in another week or two called “Z Day is Here” (http://zdayishere.blogspot.com/).
One of his recent short stores was published in an Anthonology entitled “Zombology” (find it on Amazon).
Anyways, his name is Robert Fox. His a really good guy and could use the support. He’s now working at Tandberg’s NOC in Duluth.
I looked up World War Z, and it’s written by the same guy who wrote the book I’m reading now (Zombie Survival Guide), so I’ll definitely have to pick that one up. Will have to check out the Z Day Is Here guy, too. Sounds pretty cool.
rofl, World War Z?
this zombie obsession in the world today is hilarious. this post makes me wanna watch Dawn of the Dead or something…or better yet, makes me wanna play Left 4 Dead. Shooting zombies in the face at point blank range? Yes, please!
